Sanjay Soni, CHAIRMAN

Working hard is not enough, one also needs to work smart. His style of carrying out his business activities from almost zero level to fast emerging concrete group known as “Ambit Group” has always been unique. A Civil Engineering B.Tech & M.Tech in Structural Engineering from REC-Kurukshetra, having 25yrs of varied and multi dimensional experience in civil construction and had been a Gazetted Officer in Haryana Government. Sh. Sanjay Soni knows that to

lift the AMBIT GROUP to high echelons needs a concerted and sturdy approach. As Chairman of the Group, Shri Sanjay Soni is ensuring to usher his high-end visionary strategy with a clear determination, innovative ideas, policies which are, ‘out of the box-thinking’ into the ideologies, policies, and the working style of the company in Civil-Construction as well as RMC business.

With his taking-over the reins of the Ambit Group, the strides of development, productivity and work-environment are quite visible and being felt, by the concerned in the concrete and real-estate industry. His personal and unique quality of developing and nurturing the personal contacts with the barons of the industry, high bureaucrats, customers and the work force of the Group always brings a whiff of positivity and fresh-air of shining hope in the company. In the course of his innings as Chairman, he has acquired a deep understanding of the Civil Construction Sector, which will boost the image and position of the Company in the times to come.

Rajesh Kumar, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Born with an insatiable zeal to excel, Sh. Rajesh Kumar is an exemplar of dynamism, synergizing the powerful combination of deep understanding and incisive vision to reach the top echelons of success. He has always believed that innovational approach to work a company can achieve exponential growth.

A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering,an MBA from NICMAR, Pune and having a-multi-facet experience in

the project execution, plant & equipment operation, he has steered through as many prestigious Indian and over-seas projects while having associated with Punj LLoyd Ltd. After taking over as Managing Director in Ambit Group, Shri Rajesh Kumar is known for his businessman acumen, high skills and operational expertise. His meticulously devising the business strategy to achieve success across various business verticals in the company has tested his unique work being at the helms in the company.

Apart from strategically managing the RMC operations, he has been the driving force for company’s Civil Construction business in the real-estate sector. His progressive approach, driving the Company in exciting new directions has shown the required results, as he continues to strengthen the management teams within the organization.

While financial operational and HR management are his passion, he continues to contribute the value-additions in building a vibrant Company.

Sachin Soni, JOINT MD


	Sachin Soni is a young and dynamic action planner in his own field. A, B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from YMCA, Faridabad, with strength of 16 yrs of experience in Service industries, Human Resource with manpower management and having been associated with Tata, Reliance, Govt. Deptts. & Tele Services at his back, Shri Sachin Soni has developed engineering skills.

As one of the Directors, he has been over-seeing and monitoring the raw-material handling, RMC-Sites and Purchase Strategy in the company. His other achievements have been introducing the vital systems and reporting methodology in Raw-Material handling, Diesel Consumption pattern. He also understands the ins and outs of the infrastructure projects quite well and his inputs provide value-additions for the Company.

Ambika Soni, DIRECTOR

Graduate in Arts being the Director of Ambit Concrete Pvt. Ltd. ,she truly brings words of appreciation for the company with her rich experience in terms of Finance, Office Administration, liasioning and Human Resource Management. She is actively involve personnel training program and planning of refresher courses for the staff to upgrade their knowledge in all the fields. She started her journey in business 8 years back with support & guidance from her husband Mr. Sanjay Soni, B. Tech (Civil) and M. Tech (Structure) from REC, Kurushetra. He is a class on Officer in Haryana Irrigation department. Before associated with ACPL she began her business in 2003 of trading stone grit and river sand in NCR region.
